- Ranma 1/2 35 great The beginning of the final Ranma 1/2 story arc, ending in Volume 38. This is it folks, after all these years the finish line is in sight. Ranma 1/2 was the first manga I ever read, back when it was being released as comic books, so it was the start of it all for me. I might have eventually come to manga by a different route, but here in this universe, it was Ranma, and for me Ranma is and has always been tied up with my love of manga and anime. Forgive me, I'm getting all misty here...
